We recently attended the 15th Annual East Coast Canoe and Kayak Festival at James Island County Park here in the Lowcountry of Charleston S.C.. It was a long, cold ( low 40's is extremely cold for Charleston in April) and windy ( 30 - 40 mph gusts) weekend. But that didn't stop us from having a great time and meeting a lot of really nice people. When this event happens next year, try to attend, you won't be disappointed.

THE KAYAK SAK
It's our answer to those other covers that don't quite get the job done. After talking with kayak owners like yourself, and using our many years of marine canvas fabrication experience, we belive that we have designed the most superior KAYAK or CANOE cover on the market today.
OUR DESIGN
OUR MATERIALS
Our KAYAK SAK covers the entire KAYAK, not just the top like some other covers. Your KAYAK slips into the cover, bow first. The back half of the cover then closes around the stern of the KAYAK, with the bottom and top halves meeting, using a 2" Velcro flap. There are no zippers to fail with our KAYAK SAK. We have sewn in straps ( 2 or 3 depending upon the size) that can be adjusted using one hand, to keep your cover snug, while 2 large sewn in carrying straps allow for easy transport.
WEATHER MAX The KAYAK SAK is fabricated from a solution dyed ( that means it will not fade) polymer that has twice the breaking strength, twice the tear strength and is six times more durable than acrylic. WEATHER MAX is a breathable fabric, unlike the more commonly used coated fabrics. That means that not only is it water repellant, but it is also mildew and crack resistant. An abscence of environmentally unfriendly compounds means no cracking and a happier earth.
GoreTex Tenara Thread The same company that brought you GORE TEX clothing and gear, had developed a thread that is guaranteed to last as long as the fabric that it is sewn into. If properly cared for, it will not fail due to exposure to UV rays or mildew. It's that simple. This thread is an option that we offer to our marine canvas customers, but it is standard in our KAYAK SAK.

Custom Seat Cushions
We can manufacture outdoor or indoor seat cushions to your specifications. We can explain how to make a pattern for your seat, what types of foam and materials we have to offer, and the proper care for these cushions. Perfect for your pool or patio.
Let's not forget about the dog. How about a custom bed, you decide how thick the foam will be, with a zip on SUNBRELLA cover, that can be removed quickly and hosed off to keep it clean.
How about a truly unique idea that you might have for a cabana or an umbrella? Maybe you can fabricate a frame, but don't know anyone who can make a canvas covering to match it. WE CAN!
Maybe you need a cover for the barbeque on that patio? You could always go to the local home center and just get one of those blue plastic tarps, but maybe your home deserves more ( not to mention your neighbors!). We made this cover for a client who had this custom barbeque built. It is approximately 8 feet long and 3 feet wide, with 3 individual cooking centers on the granite countertop. If they ever decide to move, and can figure how to move this appliance, the cover can go with it.
Do you have a beautiful screened porch but can't use it all year round because it gets chilly in the winter?
